Pour un dessert original aux douces saveurs de l'Italie, nous vous recommandons cette succulente recette de tiramisu à la texture crémeuse et moelleuse. Pour un vrai tiramisu, il ne faudra que peu d'ingrédients et peu de temps pour réussir ce dessert italien traditionnel vecteur de bonne humeur chez les bouches sucrées !

  1. PRÉPARATION
  2. ÉTAPE 1
  3. Préparez 2 saladiers puis séparez les blancs des jaunes d’œufs.
  4. ÉTAPE 2
  5. Dans un premier saladier, fouettez les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre en poudre jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit bien mousseux. Incorporez-y le mascarpone et fouettez à nouveau pour obtenir une consistance homogène.
  6. ÉTAPE 3
  7. Dans un second saladier, montez les blancs d’œuf en neige ferme à l’aide d’un batteur électrique, puis incorporez-les délicatement à la crème mascarpone en veillant bien à ne pas les casser. Pour cela, utilisez une maryse.
  8. ÉTAPE 4
  9. Dans un plat rectangulaire, disposez les boudoirs ou les biscuits à la cuiller trempés au fur et à mesure dans le bol de café noir. Tapissez-en le fond du plat. Couvrez ensuite avec la moitié de la crème de mascarpone. Répartissez une seconde couche de boudoirs ou de biscuits à la cuiller imbibés de café puis couvrez à nouveau du reste de préparation au mascarpone.

  11. Réservez votre tiramisu au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 8 heures pour une texture bien ferme. Au moment de servir, saupoudrez de cacao amer la surface de votre dessert.
Notes

ASTUCES Pour plus du croquant, vous pouvez saupoudrer votre tiramisu de biscuits au beurre réduits en poudre, comme vous le feriez avec un crumble. Vous pouvez transformer cette recette en célèbre tiramisu au speculoos en trempant ces biscuits dans du café, puis en alternant les couches de speculoos et les couches de crème mascarpone sur plusieurs étages.
