  3. Faites d'abord cuire les pommes de terre en pommes vapeur, 15 min seulement.

  13. Mettez une couche de pommes de terre, ajoutez une couche d'oignons. Remettez le reste des pommes de terre en couche. Salez légérement. Ajoutez le reste d'oignons avec les tranches de lard dessus.

  18. Coupez le reblochon en 2 parties pour reconstituer un rond complet.

  20. Placez le fromage sur le plat, croûte au dessus.

  22. Enfournez pendant 20 min.
