Faites d'abord cuire les pommes de terre en pommes vapeur, 15 min seulement.

Préchauffez le four th.6 (180°C).
ÉTAPE 3
Émincez l'oignon en fines tranches dans une poêle.
ÉTAPE 4
Mettez un peu de beurre dans la poêle. Faites "pleurer" les oignons, puis ajoutez les tranches de lard, remuez avec une spatule. Ne faites pas trop cuire.

Coupez les pommes vapeur en lamelles de 4 mm. Beurrez le plat allant au four.

Mettez une couche de pommes de terre, ajoutez une couche d'oignons. Remettez le reste des pommes de terre en couche. Salez légérement. Ajoutez le reste d'oignons avec les tranches de lard dessus.

Coupez le reblochon en 2 parties pour reconstituer un rond complet.

Placez le fromage sur le plat, croûte au dessus.
