Les marrons chauds sont les friandises les plus réconfortantes de l’hiver. Saviez-vous que vous pouvez les préparer dans votre four ? C’est d’une simplicité enfantine et cela cuit en quelques minutes seulement. On rappelle que le terme de « marrons » est un nom générique impropre car ce sont en réalité les châtaignes que vous consommons, grillées sur de la braise ou dans la farce de la dinde de Noël.

  1. PRÉPARATION
  2. ÉTAPE 1
  3. Incisez chaque marron avec la pointe d’un couteau aiguisé. Faites soit une entaille longue de 1 cm environ, soit incisez une croix sur la partie la plus charnue.
  4. ÉTAPE 2
  5. Étalez les marrons dans un plat à gratin ou sur une plaque de cuisson, en veillant à ce qu’ils ne se chevauchent pas.
  6. ÉTAPE 3
  7. Quand le four est bien chaud, enfournez pour 20 min environ (cela dépend de la puissance de votre four).
  8. ÉTAPE 4
  9. Débarrassez-les dans un plat de service et laissez-les refroidir quelques minutes avant de les décortiquer et de les déguster encore chauds à cœur. Les marrons peuvent être mangés chauds, tièdes ou froids.
