  3. Pelez et émincez les oignons. Lavez la coriandre et ciselez-la. Mettez à décongeler les fruits de mer 15 min puis passez-les dans une passoire pour enlever toute l'eau. Réservez.
  4. ÉTAPE 2
  5. Dans une sauteuse avec une noisette de beurre, faites revenir les oignons émincés. Ajoutez-y les fruits de mer décongelés et attendez qu'ils soient cuits. Ajoutez alors le curry et la moutarde puis mélangez. Ajoutez ensuite la crème fraîche, la coriandre et salez, poivrez à votre convenance. Faites mijoter 10 min jusqu'à épaississement de la sauce. La couleur de la sauce doit être jaune orangée.

ASTUCES Il existe différentes sortes de curry, cela dépend du goût de chacun. Le curry madras est le plus utilisé car son intensité est moyenne. Le curry indien est par contre très relevé. Optez pour le curry vert ou bombay pour de la douceur.
