À la fois rafraîchissante et peu alcoolisée, la sangria espagnole est une boisson idéale pour un apéro l'été. Elle pourra notamment précéder un repas typique espagnol avec une paella ou une tortilla ou être servie avec un buffet de tapas lors d'une soirée entre-amis. Très facile à réaliser, ce cocktail sangria maison ne vous demandera que quelques minutes de préparation pour un résultat qui séduira tous vos invités et fera voyager leurs papilles en Méditerranée.

  2. ÉTAPE 1
  3. Les fruits sont bien entendu l'un des éléments centraux de la recette de la sangria espagnole. Choisissez des fruits de saison pour qu’ils apportent une note de fraîcheur à ce cocktail. Commencez donc cette recette par laver et couper les fruits en morceaux ni trop gros ni trop petits sans les peler ni en retirer l'écorce.

  5. Placez-les dans un saladier suffisamment grand et qui rentrera dans votre réfrigérateur. Arrosez les morceaux de fruits avec le vin rouge et blanc, puis ajoutez le sirop de sucre de canne et la cannelle.

  8. Versez ensuite dans cette préparation de base les jus de fruits mélangés, la limonade et l'alcool. Laissez macérer au moins 30 min au réfrigérateur.

  10. Servez votre sangria espagnole bien fraîche avec quelques glaçons, présentée dans des verres à cocktails décorés de quelques morceaux de fruits ou dans un grand saladier pour permettre à vos invités de se servir eux-mêmes à l'aide d'une louche.
Notes

ASTUCES Il est recommandé de préparer votre sangria espagnole la veille et de la conserver au réfrigérateur. Cependant, dans ce cas il est préférable de n'ajouter la limonade qu'au dernier moment soit environ une 1/2 heure avant de la servir pour éviter que les bulles ne s'évaporent. Vous pouvez également préparer votre sangria sans limonade mais il faudra alors revoir à la hausse la quantité de jus de fruits ou à la baisse la dose d'alcool pour un bon équilibre. Vous pouvez aussi préparer une sangria rouge en n’utilisant pas de vin blanc.
