  2. Dans une poêle, faire fondre le beurre avec le sucre, et remuer pendant 2 min.

  7. Cuire les 4 steaks hachés dans le reste de beurre, 4 min par face, pour obtenir une cuisson à point. Saler et poivrer.

  9. Déposer une tranche de Saint Agur sur chaque steak et poursuivre la cuisson à couvert, pendant 2 min supplémentaires.

  11. Dorer les tranches de bacon à la poêle.

  13. Trancher la tomate.
  14. ÉTAPE 8
  15. Dorer les buns 2 min sous le gril.
  16. ÉTAPE 9
  17. Répartir le ketchup sur la base de chaque bun.
  18. ÉTAPE 10
  19. Assembler tous les ingrédients du hamburger en terminant par le steak coiffé de Saint Agur.

  21. Déguster chaud !
