Hamburger au Saint Agur
Une tranche de fromage Saint Agur dans un hamburger au boeuf... et ça change tout ! Une recette facile et rapide à préparer, en famille ou entre amis.
Dans une poêle, faire fondre le beurre avec le sucre, et remuer pendant 2 min.

ÉTAPE 3
Ajouter l'oignon ciselé et laisser caraméliser pendant 5 min. Mélanger régulièrement.
ÉTAPE 4
Cuire les 4 steaks hachés dans le reste de beurre, 4 min par face, pour obtenir une cuisson à point. Saler et poivrer.
ÉTAPE 5
Déposer une tranche de Saint Agur sur chaque steak et poursuivre la cuisson à couvert, pendant 2 min supplémentaires.
ÉTAPE 6
Dorer les tranches de bacon à la poêle.
ÉTAPE 7
Trancher la tomate.
ÉTAPE 8
Dorer les buns 2 min sous le gril.
ÉTAPE 9
Répartir le ketchup sur la base de chaque bun.
ÉTAPE 10
Assembler tous les ingrédients du hamburger en terminant par le steak coiffé de Saint Agur.
